Delivery and return terms in a nutshell

• Delivery: The estimated delivery time for products is 6–10 business days. All products are made to order, and we deliver to Finland and Europe. You will receive a tracking code when your order is shipped.
• Right of return: As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of return. Return costs are paid by the customer, except in cases of complaint.
• Problem situations: If the product is faulty or damaged, please notify us by email within 14 days of delivery.
