Delivery and return terms
General
Pramiat is owned by Viima Designs, Business ID 3365001–8 , address: Lekatie 4, 60550 Nurmo. Pramiat sells products to companies and adults in the EU. Pramiat complies with Finnish and EU consumer legislation. These delivery terms apply to ordering products in our online store.
These delivery terms and conditions are valid from April 11, 2024. We may unilaterally change the delivery terms and conditions from time to time, so please familiarize yourself with our delivery terms and conditions in advance each time you order products from our online store.
Products and product prices
The features and prices of the products in the online store are presented in connection with the product presentation of each product. We reserve the right to change prices and delivery costs, so please check the prices in the shopping cart before accepting the order. The prices of the products include VAT, which is shown in the shopping cart and in the order confirmation.
Shipping costs
The shipping costs that may be charged for your order depend on the product itself, the total amount of the order, and the shipping method you choose, and are automatically added to the total amount of the order. You will see the shipping costs (if any) that will be charged for your order in your shopping cart before you confirm your order. Currently, free shipping applies to orders over €65.
Ordering and contract
You can order products on our online store website by adding them to your shopping cart, confirming the order and paying for the contents of your shopping cart in the payment service. When ordering from our online store, you are required to have read and agreed to our current terms and conditions of delivery. You understand that your order, which you have accepted and confirmed by us, is, except as later mentioned regarding the right of cancellation, binding and creates an agreement between us with these terms and conditions of delivery.
The information you provide when ordering, such as your name, address and email address, will only be used to process and deliver your order. If you have joined our mailing list, your email address may be used to send you marketing messages. Payment and payment methods
You can pay for your order using the payment methods described in the online store and available in the shopping cart. You can make the payment securely using the payment methods provided.
Order and payment confirmation
After a successful order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email, so please provide your email address when placing your order. The order confirmation will also confirm the payment method used.
If for some unexpected reason we are unable to confirm your order, we will notify you by email as soon as possible.
Delivery method and time
All products are printed to order. The products are designed in Finland and largely printed in Latvia. Please note that product images are for reference only, and the final product may differ slightly in color or details.
We deliver products to Finland and European countries. The estimated delivery time of the order is within 6–10 business days. The delivery time includes the manufacturing of the product, which takes an average of 1–3 business days. When the delivery is sent, you will receive a tracking code so that you can follow its progress.
Delivery times are estimates and are partly dependent on postal service processing times. Unfortunately, we cannot control possible postal service delays, but we do our best to ensure that products are manufactured and shipped quickly. Delivery may take longer due to congestion, especially during holidays.
Right of cancellation and return conditions
If you are a consumer, you have the right under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act to cancel your order by notifying us of this no later than 14 days after receiving the goods.
Cancellation notification must be made clearly by sending a message about the cancellation/return to our email address asiakaspalvelut@pramiat.fi. In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, the product price and delivery fee will be refunded within 14 days of cancellation in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.
The returner must pay the costs of returning the product. These costs will not be refunded to the returner. Return costs do not apply to complaints or defective products, as these costs are the responsibility of the online retailer.
The right of cancellation and full refund only applies to returned products, which must be in their original packaging, unused and well packaged for return shipping.
If a used product is returned, the condition of the returned product and any loss in value will be assessed. If the product is not in saleable condition, the price of the product will not be refunded.
If the transaction is cancelled, the product must be returned within a reasonable time after the cancellation notification. The return should be made to Pramiat / Viima Designs, Lekatie 4 60550 Nurmo.
Failure to pick up delivery
Not picking up an order is not the same as a return or cancellation.
If the customer does not collect the delivery and it is returned to the sender, we will not automatically refund the payment. An uncollected shipment does not meet the right of cancellation under the Consumer Protection Act, because the return has not been notified within 14 days of receiving the order or its arrival for collection.
The product can be resent if the customer wishes, but shipping costs will be charged for resentment. We will keep returned shipments for a limited time, after which the order will be considered expired.
Submission verification, errors and problem situations
Please check the delivery immediately upon receipt. If the product is lost or damaged during transport or does not correspond to your order or is incorrect, please report it as soon as possible and no later than 14 days by email to asiakaspalvelut@pramiat.fi, we will replace the incorrect product. In consumer trade, we comply with the liability provisions of the Consumer Protection Act regarding errors, which means that in practice we will either refund the product or replace it with another product.

Limitation of liability
Pramiat (Viima Designs) is not liable for any indirect, direct or other damage related to the order, delivery or product or any of the above, except to the extent that a mandatory provision in the Consumer Protection Act or other mandatory law has stipulated otherwise with respect to the damage in question.
Premiums also cannot affect the speed of Posti's delivery.
Disagreements
Any disagreements are primarily resolved by agreement, so please contact our customer service. If an agreement cannot be reached, the consumer has the right to refer the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board (www.kuluttajariita.fi). Before contacting the board, the consumer must contact the Consumer Advice Service (www.kuluttajaneuvonta.fi).
